GROUND and DRY VEGAN MEAT CRUMBLES

Great for burgers, meatballs and sliders.

Ingredients
Water, soy protein, soy flour, canola oil, natural flavors, methyl cellulose, citrus fiber, beet concentrate, fair trade cocoa powder, caramel color.

Cooking instructions
-
For burgers, shape and cook on a grill or in a
non-stick pan on medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side.
-For meatballs, shape into balls and cook them totally immersed in sauce or gravy. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Dry Vegan Meat Crumbles

Great for Bolognese, Mexican food or shepherd's pie.

Ingredients
Water, soy protein, soy flour, canola oil, natural flavors, methyl cellulose, citrus fiber, beet concentrate, fair trade cocoa powder, caramel color.

Cooking instructions
Cook for 5 minutes in boiling water, drain, and use as a base for various dishes: fry with onions and Mexican spice mix as filling for Mexican dishes, add on top of a hummus dip or use as base for stuffed peppers, Bolognese sauce, lasagna or shepherd’s pie.
