Water, soy protein, soy flour, canola oil, rehydrated champignon mushrooms, natural flavors, methyl cellulose, citrus fiber, beet concentrate, fair trade cocoa powder, caramel color.
For burgers, shape and cook on a grill or in a pan on medium heat-
from frozen: 4-6 minutes on each side
from thawed: 3-5 minutes on each side
For meatballs, shape into balls and cook them immersed in sauce or gravy and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Fully cooked when internal temperature is at least 165°F.
*To defrost, place in the fridge overnight and use within 3 days after thawing.
