Water, soy protein, soy flour, canola oil, rehydrated champignon mushrooms, natural flavors, methyl cellulose, citrus fiber, beet concentrate, fair trade cocoa powder, caramel color.
Cooking instructions
On a grill or in a pan, cook the burgers on medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Cooking instructions
On a grill or in a pan, cook the kebabs on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
VEGAN MEATBALLS

Ingredients
Water, soy protein, soy flour, canola oil, natural flavors, methyl cellulose, citrus fiber, beet concentrate, fair trade cocoa powder, caramel color.
Cooking instructionsI
n a pot- bring soup or suace to boil, lower heat to medium, add meatballs and cook for 15 minutes.
In a pan- fry for 5-6 minutes. Mix in pan every 1-2 minutes to fry evenly from all sides.
